Look, we're not trying to be difficult here. We just need to be clear about how this works so nobody's confused later.
When you pay a deposit, you're reserving a specific date on our calendar. That means we're turning down other work to hold that time for you. Because of that, deposits are non-refundable once your project date is locked in.
We're not keeping your money to be petty—we're keeping it because we held the date and said no to other clients. That's just how professional services work.
If you need to reschedule, we'll work with you. You can transfer your deposit to a new date within 90 days as long as you give us at least 14 days notice. That's fair to both of us.
If you ghost us or cancel last-minute (less than 14 days out), the deposit stays with us. Again, not being petty—we just can't fill that slot on short notice.
Your full payment is due 24 hours before your scheduled service date. Not the day of. Not "I'll Venmo you when you get here." Twenty-four hours before.
Why? Because we need to confirm everything is locked in before we load equipment, block off time, and show up ready to work. This is a business, not a hobby.
We accept Cash App, Apple Pay, and Credit/Debit Cards for payments.
Cash App and Apple Pay have no processing fees. Credit card payments include a processing fee that's already calculated on your invoice—apples to apples, cash to cash.
We don't take personal checks, IOUs, cryptocurrency, or exposure. Sorry.
